Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened retail packaging, ensuring all security seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
